Med3000 became the MSO for Leisure World Managed Care Medical Group effective Mar 1, 2012 Also, minor updating was accomplished, particularly the medical groups' affiliated hospitals

1.	Could you provide a simple list of all the non-reporting groups for the 2011 Annual Survey? See new Report #23 in the Monthly Reports.
2.	Can you identify the non-profit groups? All the listed community clinics and the medical foundations (not the medical groups associated with them) are non-profit.
3.	Please provide more definitions, such as "% at risk", "DTP". Most items are noted in the footnotes of the reports. "% at risk" means number of groups taking capitation for the HMO enrollees assigned to the groups. "DTP" means declined to participate in one of the annual surveys.
4.	Can data on ACOs be added? The California Healthcare Foundation has contracted with C&S to develop data on ACOs similar to the medical group data. We expect to have it on the website around June 2012.
5.	You should post quality measures for the groups, including the CMS 5 Star Program. As of Nov 1st , web links added to our homepage pointing to quality measuring programs of The Office of Patient Advocate and Integrated Healthcare Associates. The CMS 5 Star Program at this time is only measures HMOs.

Updated/corrected/added medical groups' data based on survey results.

Don't forget to use the comment section of the pop-up survey to request report changes or new reports. One commenter asked for a report which we were able to provide easily and at no cost.
