In reviewing historical data on enrollment in the Healthy Kids program, it was discovered that in several county programs had not been properly captured.  These plans included both Healthy Kids enrollment, and some limited offerings to county employees.  The plans for which there were corrections are: CENTRAL COAST ALLIANCE/SANTA CRUZ-MONTEREY, CONTRA COSTA HEALTH PLAN, SAN FRANCISCO HEALTH PLAN, SAN MATEO HEALTH COMMISSION, SANTA CLARA FAMILY HEALTH PLAN, VENTURA COUNTY HEALTH CARE PLAN, VALLEY HEALTH PLAN, SANTA CLARA.  The impact on historic data are as follows:
